As an HR Operations Teamlead, you will be a key contact within the HR Operations department in Barneveld. You will combine a coordinating role with operational involvement in daily HR processes, such as contract management, time registration, absenteeism management, and onboarding of new colleagues. You will ensure that these processes run smoothly, carefully, and according to schedule.

In addition, you will be an important sparring partner for the HR Manager. You oversee the work distribution within the team, support your colleagues with complex or unusual cases, and help them grow in their roles. You monitor the quality and clarity of HR administration and identify areas where things can be smarter or more efficient. You know how to turn improvements in systems and working methods into practical solutions that make work easier for the entire team.

You work closely with two HR assistants and a senior HR advisor. Together, you form a close and committed team that supports the entire organization with HR-related questions. Through your overview, involvement, and eye for detail, you ensure that the team not only functions well but also continuously improves.

Qualifications include: a completed higher professional education (HRM or similar); experience in HR administration or HR operations; experience with coordination, guidance, or contact roles; service-oriented, strong in communication, and accurate; decisiveness, ability to connect, and take the lead; good command of Dutch and English.
