Around 600 motivated experts carry out the project from sample collection to the digital reporting of the analysis results. Analyses take place mainly in the large laboratories in Amsterdam (Eurofins Omegam) and Barneveld (Eurofins Analytico).

Job Description

Eurofins Milieu (location Barneveld) has an immediate vacancy for a part-time driven:

HR Officer (temporary for 16 – 24 hours per week)

What will you do?

As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for the execution of HR administration and support the HR colleagues in the execution of their functions.

In daily activities, you can think of:

• Drafting employment contracts, changes, and other HR correspondence;
• Keeping track of the time registration and leave registration of employees;
• Processing sick notifications;
• Entering changes in Afas;
• Supporting work in recruitment such as posting vacancies and planning interviews;
• Archiving and digitizing the personnel file;
• Other HR-related administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

• Completed MBO education;
• Minimum 1 year work experience and internship experience is also experience;
• Extensive experience with Microsoft programs Word, Outlook and Excel
• Knowledge of Afas is a plus.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential information;
• Competencies: customer orientation, flexibility, quality orientation, stress resistance, communicative and social skills, reliability.

Additional Information

An interesting and challenging part-time job, which is ideal to combine with your studies or family! It is a temporary position for the duration of six months! You will be part of the HR team of Eurofins Milieu, your location is Barneveld. Working hours and days are negotiable.
