The position is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the most effective HR strategies for Local Status Employees to support the company's growth and development. He/She will partner with each business leader to implement consistent and fair employment conditions and practices in compliance with internationally recognized HR standards, as well as local labor laws and regulations.
He/She will be assigned to one or two of the following cross-functional responsibilities: Recruitment and Talent Management, Engagement and Labor Issues, HR Digitalization, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management, Forecasting and managing HR related costs.
With over 20 years of professional experience and more than 10 years of HR experience - Work experience as an HRBP - Forecasting and managing HR related costs - Knowledge of labor laws (e.g., payment of wages under the Labor Standards Act, 36 agreements on work, etc.) JOB DESCRIPTIONS Position: HR Business Partner, Eurofins Japan Effective from June 2025
