You act as a link between the customer and the laboratory and are responsible for correctly guiding the customer:

• For customer quote requests, you do everything to provide a correct and complete proposal.
• You make appointments regarding the duration of the analyses with the lab and the customer and guide the customer through the customer journey.
• You follow customer satisfaction and provide good after-sales service for long-term customer binding.
• You respond to the customer's personal needs and build sustainable customer relationships.

Customers find in you a professional interlocutor for all their questions and problems.

What do we expect from you?

• You are an enthusiastic, communicative, and independent person: within the team, you organize your own tasks and spontaneously help colleagues when they need assistance.
• You are orderly, very accurate, numerical, and work structured.
• You have good knowledge of the Office package.
• You are very customer-friendly and focused on efficient service provision.
• Possessing a graduate or bachelor's degree in a scientific field is an asset (e.g., environmental care, a (bio)chemical direction, nutrition, biotechnology, etc.)
