The Eurofins Humangenetik und Pränatal-Medizin MVZ GmbH is a regional center for prenatal medicine, sonography, and genetic diagnostics with about 100 employees and a large molecular genetic and cytogenetic laboratory.

Stellenbeschreibung

To strengthen our customer service team in Planegg, we are looking for a biologist (m/w/d) who will work on-site.

Your tasks:

• Function as a competent contact person for organizational and content-related inquiries from customers and patients
• Answering technical questions about analysis results and explaining the scientific background of laboratory diagnostics
• Ensuring the quick and error-free transmission of laboratory results to customers and patients
• Care and update of customer data in internal systems with high accuracy
• Customer service – by phone and in writing

Qualifikationen

• Study: Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or a similar discipline
• Language skills: Fluent German and good English skills in speech and writing
• Team skills and initiative: In a collaborative environment, you will work independently, take responsibility, and find proactive solutions.
• Reliability and accuracy: A careful and precise way of working is essential in working with laboratory results.
