Responsibilities include: working with clients on reviewing orders, confirming client requirements, delivering analytical reports from research, and providing advice on the execution of analyses and interpretation of physicochemical results on food. Generating and approving analytical reports, participating in the consideration of complaints and claims, participating in internal/external audits, and adhering to the standards of PN-EN ISO 17025:2018 and the management system applicable in Eurofins Poland, and improving it in the scope of their responsibilities.
Requirements include: minimum two years of experience in laboratory work in a laboratory technician/assistant or internal laboratory customer service department, higher education in food technology, chemical technology, chemistry, biotechnology, environmental protection, proficiency in English at a communicative level (B2), good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), high level of communication skills, good work organization, ability to prioritize tasks, ability to work in a team, ability to work under time pressure.
Desirable:
Knowledge of PN-EN ISO 17025:2018, experience working with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) and CRM (Customer Relations Management).
