In alignment with the growing targets and needs, we are currently on the lookout for a Senior Manager, to become a valued member within our global IT Department, and responsible for our IT Office Operations in Sweden, Greece and India.
This is a highly central and critical role within the organization, responsible for driving operational excellence and stability across our global hubs in Sweden, India and Greece.
Reporting directly to the Director of IT Operations, your core mission is to ensure that offices are always secure, stable, and fully operational. You will be instrumental in increasing efficiency, standardizing processes, and ensuring the IT Support Team is viewed as a supportive service for all internal functions.
Your role is a blend of strategic oversight and operational execution, focused on process efficiency and driving initiatives to completion.
