In alignment with the growing targets and needs, we are currently on the lookout for a Senior Manager, to become a valued member within our global IT Department, and responsible for our IT Office Operations in Sweden, Greece and India.

This is a highly central and critical role within the organization, responsible for driving operational excellence and stability across our global hubs in Sweden, India and Greece.

Reporting directly to the Director of IT Operations, your core mission is to ensure that offices are always secure, stable, and fully operational. You will be instrumental in increasing efficiency, standardizing processes, and ensuring the IT Support Team is viewed as a supportive service for all internal functions.

Your role is a blend of strategic oversight and operational execution, focused on process efficiency and driving initiatives to completion.

Top Priorities

  • Improve IT System Support: Strategically enhance the quality and responsiveness of IT systems and services provided across global sites.
  • Drive Projects and Initiatives: Take ownership of major operational decisions (e.g., implementing a new antivirus system) and drive them through to the end, ensuring they are seen through from decision to completion.
  • Enhance User Experience Quality: Focus on improving the daily IT experience for all end-users, ensuring high quality and minimizing disruption.
  • Strengthen Cross-Functional Communication: Build confidence and rapport with stakeholders (including Sales, Legal, and other departments).
  • Directly manage and mentor reporting managers/leads in Sweden, India and Greece.
  • Ensure that the offices are fully operational at all times, with secure and stable environments.
  • Develop processes that balance necessary compliance and growth needs with efficiency, addressing the challenge of scaling from a small company.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external communication within IT Office Operations.
