Our Dublin facility features state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and surgical tools, and we pride ourselves on providing the highest standards of care. In addition to a robust Surgery service, we also offer services for Emergency, Critical Care, Oncology, Surgery, Anesthesiology, and Internal Medicine.

Job Description

The first friendly face our patients and clients see upon arrival.

• Remain calm in stressful and emotional situations while confidently interacting with clients in person and on the phone.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks such as:
• Greeting clients and patients
• Data entry
• Requesting and sending medical records
• Managing a multi-line phone system
• Processing payments
• Accurately scheduling appointments
• Performing other administrative duties as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients and medical staff, which is essential in this role.
• Possess a genuine love for animals and a welcoming demeanor.
• Show empathy, compassion, and provide reassurance to worried pet owners, which is crucial in this role.

The compensation range for this position is $24-26 an hour.

• Full-Time
• Sunday-Tues 11:00am - 9:30pm, Thursday 1:00pm - 11:30pm
