Sales Development Intern

As a Sales Development Intern, you will support our team in optimizing our sales processes, identifying new customers, and developing data-driven strategies for our growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead Research: Research and qualify potential customers through digital channels such as LinkedIn and email.
 - Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of outreach and lead generation campaigns.
 - Automation & Tools: Learn to use and maintain modern sales and marketing tools to make processes more efficient.
 - Messaging & Social Selling: Help create engaging messages and content for our target audiences.
 - Market Research: Analyze markets and help develop our target customers (ICP) and buyer personas.
 - Teamwork: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to align campaigns and goals.
 
Qualification
- Current studies in Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, Business Administration or a comparable field.
 - Strong interest in technology-driven B2B sales and AI solutions for energy efficiency.
 - First knowledge in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation or CRM-Tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is an advantage.
 - Structured and proactive working style as well as good communication skills.
 - Fluent German skills in both spoken and written form as well as good English skills for communication with customers and colleagues.
