Tasks

As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how customers experience and succeed with etaONE. Your mission:

  • Sales & Demo Environments: Build compelling dashboards, automations, and demo content that address real customer challenges and showcase etaONE’s strengths.
  • Customer Projects: Configure tailored solutions for customers who prefer not to implement themselves, ensuring their requirements are met effectively.
  • Training Content: Develop sample scenarios, modules, and learning content within etaONE to support onboarding and training programs.
  • Marketing Support: Create engaging visualizations and dashboards that highlight etaONE’s value across web, social media, and presentations.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Continuously maintain, refine, and expand the content library on etaONE to ensure high quality and relevance.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with digital platforms and tools, ideally in a SaaS or energy management environment
  • Creativity and a strong sense for appealing and modern data visualization
  • Analytical skills with the ability to understand diverse customer needs and translate them into effective solutions
  • Ideally first touchpoints with energy management processes (e.g. ISO 50.001)
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; German is a plus
