About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Control Support Specialist to join the Operational Technology Services team in our Digital Services division. In this pivotal role, you will provide specialist technical support to our Control Room staff, Contact Centre and Operations field force, ensuring the effective management of our critical business systems used to safely operate the electricity distribution network. These include our Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS), our integrated field mobile switching solution and associated systems supporting the management of planned and unplanned outages.
This is a permanent opportunity and can be based anywhere within Essential Energy's operational footprint.
