About the role
As a Senior Engineering Officer – Network Design, you will play a key role in the analysis, design, planning, execution, and technical evaluation of network design projects. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality design work, managing design work packets, and providing technical expertise across a broad range of engineering functions. This role involves mentoring team members, preparing reports and recommendations, and supporting the development of strategies to monitor and enhance system performance. You will also coordinate engineering surveys, prepare cost estimates, and provide high-level technical advice to stakeholders and customers. Experience with PLS CADD and subtransmission design is essential to excel in this position.
This role will be based within the Essential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment.
