Software Editor Project Supervisor

In the role of software editor, Esker relies on partner companies to subcontract client projects. In the context of supervising projects subcontracted to partners, you will participate in the implementation and improvement of reporting and management tools.

The main mission consists of designing and automating interactive dashboards in Power BI and optimizing Salesforce reports to provide a clear and reliable view of project and partner performance.

In addition, you will contribute to the evolution of the Management Report, a strategic document that presents the state of a partner's activities at a given time and communicates a set of key performance indicators (KPI) related to its projects.

Your main activities will include:

• Analyzing business needs for partner project monitoring and defining key performance indicators (KPI).
• Designing and optimizing Salesforce reports for operational monitoring.
• Developing and automating Power BI dashboards, connected to multiple sources and databases (Salesforce, Excel, etc.).
• Participating in the creation of key indicators (KPI) and structuring data.
• Contributing to the evolution of the Management Report (TypeScript) and documenting processes.

The technological environment:

• Power BI for creating interactive dashboards. (Tableau can also be considered)
• Salesforce for managing project and partner data.
• Excel for data analysis and preparation.
• TypeScript for maintaining and evolving the internal Management Report.
• SharePoint / Teams for collaboration and sharing deliverables.

The profile we are looking for:

• You are in the 3rd or 4th year of a BAC+5 level education (university or engineering school in computer science, data analytics, business intelligence or equivalent) and are interested in the above technologies.
• You have good analytical skills, a taste for innovation. You are a proactive, autonomous and curious person.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce tools (or strong motivation to learn).
• Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SQL are appreciated.
• Interest in web development (TypeScript) is a plus.
• Analytical mind, rigor and a sense of design for clear and impactful dashboards.
• Good level of English (written/oral).
