Identifier and qualify new strategic partners (GSIs) and develop a strong network at national and international levels.
Accompany partners in the commercial process: co-selling, construction and presentation of offers, training and commercial challenges.
Ensure the application of Esker's commercial policy and animate partnerships through joint actions (events, marketing operations, dedicated tools).
Ensure commercial and strategic follow-up: pipeline review, implementation of KPIs, organization of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with top management of partners.
Detect new opportunities, analyze partners' internal procedures, and propose improvements to align their practices with the best methods.
Develop an annual business plan, contribute to the definition of product evolutions, and collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Support, Consulting, Marketing, Legal, Sales Administration).
You have at least 5 years of experience in account management at a software publisher or a GSI.
Successful experience in managing a partner network; experience directly linked with a Global System Integrator is a plus.
Strong skills in high-level negotiation on complex technical solutions.
Fluent English is indispensable.
