Responsibility for all sales activities of our two German locations
You take on the responsibility for local coordination within Germany and ensure that our departments work together optimally
You represent Esker locally; towards local authorities (bank, landlord, ...) and participate in public relations activities (press, analysts) or important events such as trade fairs and customer conferences
At least 5 years of experience as Head of Sales, Team Lead Sales or a similar position with sales responsibility in a software company
You have extensive experience in selling SaaS solutions and in managing sales processes and teams
Deep knowledge of precise forecasting in relevant tools, such as Salesforce
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High social competence and strong leadership skills in terms of motivation, coaching, and goal orientation
Proven sales and management successes
Negotiating fluent German and English skills are required
