This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.
Position Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, well maintained and comfortable environment for the residents and staff throughout the entire village campus. The Director of Environmental Services will hold primary responsibility for the environmental services department, which includes campus patrol, housekeeping, landscaping, laundry, and maintenance. This position is responsible for planning and directing all activities of the department including procedure development, budget planning and control, customer service excellence, and staff training and development. This position is also responsible for ensuring that the physical plant maintains substantial compliance with Eskaton standards as well as Fire Safety and Life Safety Code regulatory requirements as monitored by local, State and Federal agencies.
The starting salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $89,734 annually. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
