Who are you?
We are looking for a solution-oriented person with a genuine interest in IT and service. You thrive on helping others and have the ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically, both verbally and in writing. You are structured, responsible, and have an easy time collaborating with colleagues in different parts of the organization. Working in a high-paced environment with varying tasks is seen as stimulating, and you have a good ability to prioritize when needed.

Your experience
You have worked in servicedesk at 1st or 2nd line level for a couple of years and are familiar with providing support to users with varying technical competencies. You have experience handling issues in a structured case management system and are confident in troubleshooting within both Windows environment and Microsoft 365.
