Erithy, previously known as Be Better Contractors, specializes in the design and construction of sustainable subsea infrastructure globally.

We deliver consultancy services within the oil and gas industry, high voltage cables, biogas and hydrogen, as well as civil engineering services and project administration.

Created in 2017, Erithy has grown into a consultancy team made up of various profiles from Europe, South America and the Middle East, working on projects across Norway.

We are now looking for a Principal Marine Engineer for one of our customers based in Asker.

Responsibilities:

• Marine Engineering in projects
• Interface activities with T&I contractors
• Coordination and area responsibility for the Marine discipline as the Discipline Responsible Engineer (DRE)
• Arranging and leading internal meetings, client meetings, workshops, and reviews
• Interfacing with internal teams, clients, other disciplines, and the fabrication yard

Requirements:

• Master/Bachelor of Science
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Marine Engineering/Operations design in greenfield/brownfield projects or offshore wind
• Experience and thorough knowledge of Marine Engineering/Operations according to relevant standards such as NORSOK and DNV
• Innovative approach, eager to improve methodology and solutions through digital tools
• Fluent English, written and spoken
