We ensure the right engineering components, MRO products, and services are always on hand, helping reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and keep industry running smoothly.

Our presence on-site allows us to build strong, trusted partnerships and deliver tailored, data-driven solutions that add value where it matters most β€” at the heart of our customers' operations!

About the Role:

  • Storeroom optimisation & implementation – Lead projects to set up, improve, or transition customer MRO storerooms, including cataloguing parts, introducing standardised taxonomies, and integrating storeroom data into ERP systems.

  • Customer liaison & relationship management – Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring storeroom solutions align with customer requirements, operational goals, and compliance standards.

  • Project planning & delivery – Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, and ensure successful delivery of storeroom services within agreed KPIs and SLAs.

  • Team & resource coordination – Coordinate ERIKS engineers and third parties, ensuring that roles, responsibilities, and workloads are clear for smooth execution of projects.

  • Data management & reporting – Oversee storeroom data accuracy, including stock levels, part descriptions, and usage reporting, while providing regular updates and insights to both ERIKS management and customers.

Hours of Work:

Mon – Fri – 08.30am – 17:30pm

60 mins break

40 hours per week

Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:

  • Project & stakeholder management – proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects while engaging confidently with customers, engineers, and managers.

  • MRO & storeroom expertise – hands-on understanding of inventory control, ERP systems (SAP/Maximo), and best practices in managing spares and critical stock.

  • Data & process improvement mindset – skilled at analysing stock data, spotting inefficiencies, and implementing solutions that reduce downtime and costs.

  • Customer focus & communication – able to build trust, explain technical details clearly, and align storeroom services with customer goals.

  • Adaptability & continuous improvement – resilient in changing environments, proactive in driving improvements, and ideally experienced in Lean/Six Sigma or similar methods.
