ERIKS HR Administration Role

At ERIKS UK&I, our People Team is more than HR, we're strategic partners at the heart of the business. Working closely with the Executive Management Board (EMB), Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Regional Operations and Sales teams, we help shape and steer the people agenda, ensuring our HR strategy and culture align with the wider business goals.

From organisational design and talent development to employee experience and change management, we provide expert guidance without getting in the way.

If you're passionate about shaping strategic HR, championing inclusive and equitable workplaces, and making a meaningful impact through collaboration and empowered leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
