We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-driven Internal Sales Coordinator to become the heartbeat of our sales operations. If you love keeping projects moving, connecting with people, and making a real impact every day, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Some of the duties include:

• Providing high-quality internal sales support, managing customer enquiries, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication across the sales team
• Preparing accurate sales quotations, reports, order documentation, and maintain all sales-related records and databases
• Coordinating and manage RFQ documents, assist in proposal development, and support deliverables to ensure timelines are met
• Processing and monitoring sales orders from entry through to acknowledgment, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on outstanding items
• Supporting document control and reporting activities, including tracking, distributing, and updating essential sales documentation
• Supporting daily departmental functions and continuously improve sales processes
