We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Program Support Specialist to support a multi-faceted onsite federal program. This role will provide coordination across program operations, health and safety, quality assurance, and staff support. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates effectively, and delivers consistently high-quality work while supporting a diverse technical team.
Support day to day program operations, scheduling, documentation, and coordination with federal and contractor teams
Works closely with the program management office to facilitate program operations and functional tasks
Assist with onsite health and safety initiatives, including reporting, training logistics, compliance tracking, safety program support, and H&S inspection preparation
Support quality assurance activities including document control, QA review and other tracking, and audit preparation
Serve as a staff liaison, supporting onboarding processes, workspace coordination, and general staff needs
Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, notes, and action tracking
Maintain organized program files, logistics, and operational resources
Provide responsive, professional support to clients and internal stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
Experience supporting federal programs, scientific teams, or onsite operations preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Familiarity with health and safety, QA, or administrative coordination is a plus
Ability to work onsite daily and maintain a professional presence with federal clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Comfortable meeting with and speaking to people regularly, including federal staff, contractors, and program leadership
$50,000 - $80,000 a year
