Synopsis of the role Versatile customer service representative with proven experience delivering service standards to customer by handling and analyzing complaints

What you'll do

• Handle customer service calls and emails.
• Analyze and process transactions accurately & on time.
• Document all dispute completed in a day.
• Make significant contribution towards collecting metrics on processes.
• Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with all.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues, questions and concerns swiftly.
• Keep up-grading his/her skills as per the requirement and should be ready to shoulder new/additional responsibilities assigned to them.
• Comfortable with a rapidly changing environment.
• Independently identify troubleshoot customer grievance and then escalate complex problems according to defined escalation procedures
• Openness to work flexible hours as required (may include weekends and/or holidays)

What experience you need

• Minimum qualification - Graduate in any discipline
• 0 to 2 yrs of work experience of Process Executive
• Excellent communication skills and strong command over the English language.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Willing to work in a shift-based work schedule.
• Excellent Analytical ability, Logical approach towards problem solving
