About the Role
We're seeking a results-driven Regional Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth through targeted regional programs. This role is critical in developing and executing go-to-market strategies tailored to local markets, translating global direction into region-specific plans that generate leads, build awareness, and drive revenue growth.
Working closely with sales, product marketing, and global marketing teams, you will plan and execute integrated campaigns - ranging from ABM programs to digital initiatives and in-person events - that engage target audiences and deliver sales-qualified leads (SQLs). You will also support product launches, channel initiatives, and business development programs, working in parallel with sales to break into new accounts and drive awareness across your region. You'll manage regional budgets, assess performance metrics, and continuously optimise to maximise return on investment.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, creative execution, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies tailored to your assigned region and aligned to global GTM priorities
- Translate global campaigns into actionable regional plans that support business objectives and sales goals
- Identify target segments and growth opportunities in collaboration with regional sales leaders
- Create and execute regional business development initiatives to support pipeline acceleration and new account penetration
Campaign Execution & Content
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, webinars, in-person events, and account-based marketing (ABM)
- Localise product marketing content and campaign assets to ensure regional relevance and impact
- Support creation of compelling content and messaging for regional initiatives
- Coordinate product and feature launches with Product Marketing and Sales - including internal/external messaging, sales tools, enablement content, and promotional campaigns
- Develop internal and customer-facing materials such as sales decks, presentations, collateral, demo scripts, and webinar content
- Contribute to regional website content, customer communications, and PR opportunities in alignment with global brand messaging
Lead Generation & Sales Alignment
- Drive inbound and outbound lead generation programs that convert to marketing-qualified and sales-qualified leads
- Partner with sales to define and activate campaign targeting for key accounts and buyer personas
- Support field sales enablement through marketing assets, event support, and lead follow-up
- Follow up on inbound and outbound leads to qualify marketing opportunities before handoff to sales
- Execute targeted list prospecting and calling campaigns to generate new opportunities in priority regions
Performance Analysis & Budget Management
- Track and report on key campaign metrics and lead funnel performance, using marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Analyse ROI and use data insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Manage regional marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend and impact
Channel & Competitive Support
- Support partner/channel marketing efforts, including regional partner communications, co-branded collateral, and event participation
- Gather and share competitive intelligence, customer insights, and market trends to inform product, sales, and partner strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with global marketing, product marketing, events, and marketing operations to ensure alignment and coordination
- Contribute regional insights to campaign planning and strategic initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in your region
- Collaborate with corporate and regional teams to ensure inclusion in cross-business marketing communications, branding initiatives, and thought leadership campaigns
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, field marketing, or digital marketing, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or industrial markets
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing programs that generate a qualified pipeline
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in campaign reporting and lead funnel metrics
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Excellent project management, organisational, and prioritisation skills
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to influence across departments and regions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and executing ABM campaigns
- Background in regional marketing or field marketing within global teams
- Familiarity with packaging, print, manufacturing, or industrial software sectors
- Exposure to multilingual or culturally diverse campaign execution
- Experience supporting in-person and virtual events as part of integrated marketing programs
