Finance Support Intern

Join us as a Finance Support Intern and play a key role in assisting our Finance Support team. You'll help ensure a smooth and positive experience for our clients by handling inquiries, resolving basic issues, and coordinating with internal teams. This is a great opportunity to develop communication, service, and organizational skills in a professional finance environment.

What you will be doing:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Conduct follow-up calls to gather additional information about open inquiries.
• Redirect customers to the appropriate departments when needed.
• Monitor feedback and escalate unresolved issues to team leads.
• Help maintain and update customer databases.
• Participate in internal trainings and team meetings.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.

Requirements: Being enrolled and pursuing a BS in Finance, Accounting, or Administration. Advanced English. Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude. RFC
