The Senior Field Service Representative (FSR) will support, train, maintain and repair EOS manufactured Remote Weapons Stations (RWS) in EOS facilities and deployed in the field by our Armed Service customers. The FSR will maintain, repair as necessary, make engineering changes and upgrades, and train operators as required. The successful incumbent will be an expert in the operation and firing of the weapon. The FSR will have the proven ability to conduct research and learn systems utilizing written references and manuals. This technician will regularly act as the face of EOS to potential and actual customers and the Soldiers, Marines and SOF Operators that will employ the systems. This is an on-site position.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to calls for service and repair to EOS manufactured Remote Weapons Stations (RWS).
• Perform and oversee service and repair units as required, perform engineering modifications and upgrades and preventive maintenance.
• Provide advanced technical training to operators and junior FSRs, including live-fire instruction.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor to customers and internal teams on RWS capabilities and deployment.
• Ensure proper use and calibration of specialized tools and equipment.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of global RWS manufacturers and system interoperability.
• Interface with government and military stakeholders to support procurement, deployment, and sustainment efforts.
• Manage documentation and reporting for field activities, system performance, and customer feedback.
• Represent EOS professionally in high-visibility environments and contribute to business development efforts.
• Experience in handling explosive ammunition and weaponry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Positive personal presence and ability to represent the company are required
• Ability to travel 45-50% domestic and internationally

Education/Experience:

• BA/BS degree in a related field technical or engineering field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience maintaining, operating, firing, and training on RWS systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems using diagnostic tools and technical documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership in field service operations, mentor and train FSRs in technical procedures and customer engagement.

License/Clearance Required:

• Standard Driver's License
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
• Valid (unexpired) Passport
