We’re looking for a creative and motivated Mid-Market Renewals Manager to oversee the entire renewal lifecycle, ensuring smooth, timely renewals that set the stage for long-term success. Your focus will be on reducing churn risk, maximizing retention, uncovering expansion opportunities, and delivering a renewal experience that keeps customers invested in Envoy.
This role is part of Envoy’s Customer Success organization. You’ll work closely with Customer Success Managers, Sales, Finance, and Legal to drive seamless renewals and refine our processes as we scale. It’s a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll help shape strategy and strengthen customer relationships in a fast-moving environment, solving complex problems and delivering tangible results.
This is an on-site position that requires 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday) in our Austin, Texas, or Denver, Colorado office.
Own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for Mid-Market customers, from first outreach through close.
Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, clear roadblocks, and ensure on-time renewals.
Craft proposals, negotiate terms, and partner with Finance and Legal to navigate procurement cycles.
Act as the voice of the customer when risk is identified, surfacing insights that drive internal alignment and action.
Spot at-risk customers early, forecast accurately, and take proactive steps to prevent churn.
Track churn trends and competitive intel to inform strategy and strengthen Envoy’s positioning.
Drive multi-year renewals to stabilize revenue and reduce volatility.
Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities that create more value for Envoy and our customers.
Partner across Sales, CS, Product, and Finance to ensure smooth renewals and share customer feedback.
Help improve playbooks, processes, and tools as we scale.
Use Salesforce, Vitally, and other CRM platforms to manage pipeline, stay organized, and maintain clean data.
3+ years of experience in Renewals Management, Customer Success, or Account Management, ideally in SaaS B2B with closing responsibilities.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and expansion goals.
Experience partnering with procurement and legal teams through complex contract cycles.
Relationship-building skills that earn trust and create long-term customer partnerships.
Ability to manage a pipeline that mixes fast-moving transactions with longer strategic renewals.
Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM tools to track performance and maintain deal accuracy.
Analytical skills to turn customer data and insights into actionable strategies.
Success managing renewals with multiple stakeholders, including executives and senior decision makers.
