Job Opportunity At Nobel Biocare

Work/Responsibilities: This role regularly spans multiple job families within the group. It may provide customer support, handle incoming orders, verify customer purchase order accuracy, confirm purchase order with customer, resolve discrepancies, and provide technical support. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations, ideally within multinational companies.

• Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or FMCG industry is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a strong plus).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong customer orientation with a proactive and responsible attitude.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders (sales, finance, supply chain).

• Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order issues efficiently and professionally.

• Good problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency and ownership.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI knowledge is an advantage.

Language: Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
