Sales Representative

Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Job Requirements

Technician Dental And/Or Engineer In Software Applications

Undergraduate Degree or Equivalent Educational Level in Medicine, Computer Science, Business or Related Field

Critical Skills/Technical Knowledge:

  • Ability to integrate, understand and verbalize very complex technical and clinical information related to company and industry products
  • Demonstrate professional sales skills to promote products and added values
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced skills in information technology and information systems, CRM, CAD CAM and navigation systems
  • Fluency/native in local language
  • Solid knowledge of English
  • Valid driver’s license (travel required)

Critical Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of work as a dental technician in a dental laboratory or
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in result-oriented sales with Nobel Biocare or equivalent experience with direct competition or
  • Minimum 4 years in result-oriented sales, preferably in the field of medical devices
  • Proven experience in a similar sales role
  • Sales of solutions oriented towards the conclusion of agreements or through commercial agreements (cross-selling of company products)
  • Solid approach to segmenting current and potential customers
  • In-depth knowledge of competitive dynamics
  • Strong collaboration within the organization
  • Ability to work with peers and cross-functional departments
  • Strong skills in organization and planning (project management, sales planning, forecasting, etc.)
  • Ability to manage change, demonstrate agility, a sense of innovation and work under pressure
