Customer Support Specialist – Spark, Türkiye

As we launch Spark, one of Envista's fastest-growing orthodontic brands, in Turkey, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between our sales, manufacturing, logistics, and customer teams.

This position is the key operational link between our manufacturing units, country sales team, and customers (orthodontists and dental clinics). The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all order processing, delivery coordination, invoicing, and shipment tracking, ensuring a smooth and efficient end-to-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order & Delivery Management
  • Manage and process customer orders in SAP, ensuring accurate data entry and timely invoicing.
  • Prepare and issue delivery notes and invoices in alignment with manufacturing schedules and customer requirements.
  • Liaise with the manufacturing teams across different countries to confirm order status, production timelines, and shipment readiness.
  • Coordinate with UPS and other logistics partners to arrange and track deliveries to doctors and clinics.
  • Monitor and update customers regarding shipment progress, expected delivery dates, and any potential delays.
  • Customer Communication & Support
  • Serve as the primary contact point for Turkish doctors and clinics on all order-related and shipment inquiries.
  • Communicate fluently in English and Turkish with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide proactive updates and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery performance.
  • SAP & Data Administration
  • Maintain and update accurate records in SAP ERP, ensuring all transactions are aligned with company policies.
  • Generate regular reports on order status, invoicing, delivery performance, and issue resolution metrics.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements in order handling, billing accuracy, and logistics coordination.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Country Sales Manager, Digital Sales Specialists, and Clinical Support teams to align customer communication and service expectations.
  • Collaborate with regional and global manufacturing teams to optimize order-to-delivery processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements for product delivery and invoicing.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer support, logistics coordination, or order management, ideally in a manufacturing or healthcare-related company.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Proven SAP proficiency (minimum 80%) in order processing, invoicing, and logistics modules.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • This position is based out of Istanbul, Türkiye.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the dental, medical device, or healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of logistics documentation, customs procedures, or import/export coordination.
  • A proactive mindset with a customer-first approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
