Customer Service Representative

Within the group, Nobel Biocare is an implantology business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative in Budapest.
In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.
What is your role going to look like?
- Together with 9 team members you will be supporting Hungarian market
- Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams
- Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.
- You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients
- You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone
- Coordinate and process returns and exchanges: collect returned products, reconcile them against invoices, enter returns into SAP, and manage shipments to the central warehouse
- Support the preparation and dispatch of physical invoices to clients
- Oversee the coordination and reception of incoming and outgoing physical parcels, ensuring smooth logistics operations
- Provide administrative assistance to the local Training and Events Manager

Job Requirements:

- Native level of Hungarian and fluent level of English language
- Customer centric approach
- Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)
- Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
- Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
- Organizational skills and attention to details
