Customer Service Representative With Lithuanian

Within the group, Nobel Biocare is an implantology business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with Lithuanian. In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.

What is your role going to look like?

  1. Together with 9 team members supporting the Central and Eastern European (CEE) markets, you will be focusing on the Lithuanian markets along with one colleague.
  2. Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams.
  3. Big part of your day will be order management – receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.
  4. You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients.
  5. You can expect receiving requests primarily via phone or email (CRM).

Job Requirements:

What will you bring?

  • C2 level in Lithuanian and fluent in English
  • Customer centric approach
  • Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)
  • Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
  • Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
  • Organizational skills and attention to details
