Within the group, Nobel Biocare is an implantology business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative in Budapest.

In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.

What is your role going to look like?

  • Together with 9 team members you will be supporting Hungarian market
  • Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams
  • Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.
  • You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients
  • You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone
  • Coordinate and process returns and exchanges: collect returned products, reconcile them against invoices, enter returns into SAP, and manage shipments to the central warehouse
  • Support the preparation and dispatch of physical invoices to clients
  • Oversee the coordination and reception of incoming and outgoing physical parcels, ensuring smooth logistics operations
  • Provide administrative assistance to the local Training and Events Manager

Job Requirements:

What will you bring?

  • Native level of Hungarian and fluent level of English language
  • Customer centric approach
  • Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)
  • Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
  • Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
  • Organizational skills and attention to details
