IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

The HR Operations Executive is responsible for delivering high-quality HR administrative services across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on managing HR service requests, employee data administration, and supporting new hire, pre-onboarding, and onboarding processes in SAP SuccessFactors. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant handling of HR transactions while providing excellent support to employees, managers, and HR partners.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

1. HR Service Request Management

  • Manage and resolve HR service requests, queries, and tickets within defined SLAs via HR service management tools.
  • Provide first-line guidance on HR policies, processes, and systems, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case notes for audit and compliance purposes.

2. Employee Lifecycle Administration

  • Execute all HR administrative activities for employee lifecycle events (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, contract changes, personal data updates, etc.) in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Generate and distribute employment-related documents such as contracts, letters, and confirmations.

3. New Hire Processing, Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding

  • Coordinate pre-onboarding activities, including document collection, background checks, and system setup.
  • Process new hire information in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring correct data entry and alignment with payroll cut-offs.
  • Support onboarding by preparing welcome materials, scheduling induction/orientation sessions, and ensuring system access is in place.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and IT to deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

4. SAP SuccessFactors Administration

  • Perform transactions and maintain accurate employee records in SAP SuccessFactors across various modules.
  • Monitor workflows and approvals to ensure timely processing of requests.
  • Support system testing, updates, and enhancements by providing feedback and reporting issues.
