To drive profitable growth across Enva Plastics by acquiring new business, strengthening and developing customer relationships, and supporting the commercial strategy through technical sales expertise. The role will focus on expanding our UK and EU polymer manufacturing customer base, with particular attention to our specialist White HIPS compounds and wider recycled polymer portfolio.
The postholder will act as the key link between customers and Enva's production and product development teams, ensuring we meet market needs and deliver high-quality recycled polymer solutions. This role is a fixed term 1 year contract providing maternity cover.

Proven experience in a commercial, sales or business development role. Experience managing a sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets. Ability to understand technical product information and communicate it effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and manage own schedule. Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially focused.
