Bilingual Corporate Roadside Assistance Representative - After Hours

We are currently looking for individuals that are passionate about driving an exceptional customer experience and committed to going above and beyond to make that happen. This is a remote position within Ontario. Our Roadside Assistance department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Workers can expect to be scheduled between the hours of 7PM - 7AM. We require flexible availability for this purpose.

What you'll do:

Role we are currently sourcing for:

Respond to a wide variety of requests from Canadian Tire Roadside Assistance and Home Services customers such as dispatching a service provider to provide roadside assistance, general inquiries on membership benefits/product features, enrolment, etc. which ultimately will build loyalty to the Canadian Tire brand. Supporting with Triangle Rewards customers.

Our starting wage for this position is $44,500 with an annual salary review process.
