Associate Marketing Manager
We are looking for a creative & strategic performance-driven Associate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic growth marketing team, to lead creative ideation and execution across growth channels, with a sharp focus on paid social and acquisition marketing. This role will sit at the intersection of creative, data, and media—building out high-impact, testable campaigns that accelerate new customer growth and optimize acquisition metrics.
You are a creative-minded growth marketer who is data-driven & customer-centric. With experience in performance marketing and creative strategy, you will play a critical role in shaping the creative strategy that fuels our paid media performance. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing high-impact, performance-driven creative strategies and launching assets that deliver measurable results. You'll play a crucial role in our growth programs and strategy and work very closely with marketers, content, promo, social commerce, and CTDI teams to bring your work to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance-first marketer with experience in growth marketing, creative strategy, and paid media
- Hands-on channel expertise, particularly in Meta and TikTok with proven track record driving growth, and an understanding of audience segmentation, ad formats, creative best practices, and platform-specific KPIs.
- Creative strategist at heart who knows how to turn insights into concepts that perform, who understands how to develop compelling ads that drive conversions, unearthing new insights and hypotheses from both our consumers and external industry trends
- A data-driven marketer with a strong ability to analyze and optimize performance campaigns.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator, able to brief creatives, work closely with planning & execution, and present confidently to leadership.
- Develop and manage the roadmap for paid creative assets, ensuring advanced planning and alignment with business priorities, messaging, and iterations of top-performing creative.
- Lead Performance Creative Production: Own the strategy and execution of high-impact digital creative assets across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and other acquisition channels.
- You will be the primary point of contact between CT's growth marketing and creative teams, collaborating to align creative best practices, in-market insights, and strategic messaging. This role requires a strong testing mindset, ability to proactively identify new opportunities, generate hypotheses, and translate insights into bold new creative directions.
- You'll develop a pipeline of creative assets that can be tested and scaled across multiple digital marketing channels.
- Develop repeatable playbooks for launching campaigns quickly and effectively.
- Use media performance and marketing analytics to uncover what's resonating with audiences, identify creative optimization opportunities, and translate insights into new creative that drives better results across paid channels.
- Work closely with creative, promo, social commerce, and CTDI teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Operationalize creative data, metrics and insights driven approach.
- Analyze creative performance, run A/B tests, and continuously iterate on winning ad formats.
- Monitor trends & identify new growth levers: stay ahead of industry trends and actively evaluate new tools, platforms, and tactics that can drive performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing roles.
- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, social media, or a related role.
- Strong creative instincts with awareness of trends in AI, video, and creator ecosystems.
- Strong project management skills with experience delivering a high volume of creative assets across multiple channels under tight timelines.
- Proven ability to concept, produce, and scale content that drives growth—especially across TikTok and Meta.
- Proven experience executing performance marketing campaigns (e.g., social, search, display, email), with deep platform and creative best practice knowledge.
- Passion for identifying trends in digital and paid media and generating bold new creative ideas.
- Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns and measuring results.
- Post-secondary education or related experience in Marketing or Business.
- Agency background or in-house experience in digital marketing or eCommerce environment is an asset.
