Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will provide high-level customer service to internal and external clients, primarily face to face, by addressing their rental needs at the branch. The Customer Service Representative will gain knowledge through internal training and on-the-job experience to provide administrative support, customer service, and act as a rental agent in one of our branches. This position is part-time. Available at the following branch: 1000 BOULEVARD LAURE SEPTILES, QC G4R 4K2 Canada. This is a part-time position and the offered salary is $25/hour. We offer:

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls - reservations, quotes, general inquiries, provide information and solutions to customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealers, body shops, and other suppliers.
• Make follow-up calls with accounts and clients and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Provide high-level customer service by assisting clients and evaluating their rental needs in person and over the phone
• Welcome and serve customers professionally
• Provide general instructions and assistance to customers
• Opening and closing contracts
• Perform inspections at the time of vehicle pick-up and return of rental
• Handle returns
• Perform safe and courteous pick-ups and drop-offs of clients and assist clients as needed
• Understand and communicate the general terms of rental, vehicle features, and other services
• Offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment
• Responsible for notifying management of any known vehicle issues and any required vehicle maintenance
• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles
• Perform various basic administrative functions
• Perform miscellaneous job-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Have a valid Quebec driver's license with no more than two traffic infractions in the past two years.
• Have at least 18 months of driving experience.
• High school diploma or higher education preferred.
• Have experience in sales and customer service.
• Be authorized to work legally in Canada and not require sponsorship from our company now or in the future.
• Have no drug or alcohol-related sanctions or criminal record in the past five years.
• Speak fluent French and functional English.
