The role Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be six months in duration. This role will provide you with the chance to gain valuable experience as an engineer in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

What You'll Do

• Participate in large scale project implementation
• Investigate and resolve production challenges
• Design and implement fixturing for improved manufacturing capabilities
• Utilize 5S and lean principles to organize and optimize the manufacturing work spaces in various manufacturing processes.
• Attend daily production manufacturing meetings
• Provide project updates through meetings, emails and presentations

What We Seek

• Proficiency or knowledge of CAD
• Self-driven, creative and motivated individual that can work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to deliver results in a timely manner that meet the organization standards.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks depending on importance

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year

More than two years of college completed in some type of engineering program

Currently enrolled student with a graduation date of spring 2026 or later

Eligibility

Must be a currently enrolled student

Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.

Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program
