Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op - Spring 2026 Here at Entegris, we use advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world, and we are seeking employees who have the drive to continue the mission. THE ROLE Our site in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. This is a flexible and adaptive assignment meant to give you experience in many facets of manufacturing while creating meaningful contributions.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze production data
  • Identify improved machine capacity plan
  • Identify and run cost savings projects
  • Assist in creating Validation and Qualification plan for new and existing products
  • Correct inaccuracies in production software
  • Work with senior engineers to solve manufacturing issues that arise
  • Design fixtures and solutions
  • Work with production planning to run tests with minimal impact to production schedules
  • Apply LEAN manufacturing principles to improve processes

What We Seek

  • No minimum industry experience required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite specifically with Excel
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Confidence communicating with others

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year

  • Pursuing bachelor’s in engineering or related field
  • Graduating Fall 2026 or later

Eligibility

  • Must be a currently enrolled student
  • Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June
  • Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand for extended periods and walk reasonable distances during production support. Ability to lift ~20 Lbs if required to carry sample parts.
