This position is projected to start on 09/15/2025 and requires 2 weeks of mandatory paid training at Ent Headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO.
Service Center assignment will be determined upon hire and location will vary within El Paso County. Please Note: Upon hire, you may be placed in a temporary assignment until a permanent opening becomes available. This assignment may be at a different location based on operational needs.

Additionally responsible for understanding and complying with credit union policies and procedures, as well as financial regulations including BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau).

The hourly ranges for the positions are:
Member Service Representative: $18.75 – $19.75 (S10).
Member Service Representative Senior: $20.60 - $23.48 (S11).
