Sales Team Lead Assistant Intern

Enpal Italia seeks a Sales Team Lead Assistant Intern to join the Sales Team. You will work closely with the Sales Team Leader, supporting the organization of daily activities and the operational management of the team. You will also collaborate with the Sales Operations team, providing useful feedback to improve processes and helping to make the commercial activity more efficient. A unique opportunity to grow professionally, learn how to optimize productivity, and develop skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Team Leader in daily operational management and team coordination
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and productivity, proposing organizational improvements
  • Manage and update commercial documentation and contracts (CRM, Excel, reporting) accurately
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations team providing feedback on processes and supporting improvement initiatives
  • Prepare support materials (presentations, reports, documents) for internal and cross-departmental meetings
  • Analyze team performance data and contribute with insights to corrective or optimization actions
  • Contact customers in case of incorrect or incomplete information
  • Manage financing requests and recover missing documentation directly with customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the Italian language
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and priority management
  • Good communication skills, even in formal contexts
  • Proactive attitude and spirit of initiative
  • Good knowledge of the Office/Google Workspace package (especially Excel and Docs)
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy sector is considered a plus
  • Previous experience (even short) in a similar role or as Assistant TL, Back Office, or commercial secretary is considered a plus

What we offer:

  • Training internship paid for 6 months
  • Monthly allowance of 750€ gross
  • Working hours: Mon–Fri: full time 09:00–18:00 (40h/week)
  • Full Time work in Milan: Via San Gregorio 38, 20124 (MI) (Central/Republic area), young and stimulating environment
  • Opportunity to learn directly about commercial, organizational, and management activities
