Sales Specialist New Business Line - Intern (f/m/d)

Now we are bringing this revolution to Italy, and we are launching a new green-tech business line. We are looking for someone who wants to build it with us β€” from day one.

Job Description

Opening the Market:

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers (B2B and B2C) to validate and develop the new business line
  • Identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline in its initial stages
  • Presenting the value proposition of Enpal and collecting the first expressions of interest
  • Building relationships with the first customers and strategic partners on the territory
  • Providing structured and continuous feedback to the team on objections, customer needs, and market opportunities
  • Collaborating in defining the sales process and the end-to-end customer journey
  • Continuous feedback on what the market requires and what is needed to be competitive, with regular touchpoints
  • Actively participating in defining KPIs, tools, and operational workflows

Qualifications

  • Strong results-oriented approach and entrepreneurial mindset β€” you are not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Analytical ability: you can transform qualitative feedback into actionable insights
  • Proactiveness and autonomy β€” in a startup, you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Native Italian speaker
  • Nice to have: previous experience in sales, business development, or startups
