Enpal Italia is looking for a Business Development Operations Intern with strong analytical and technical skills to join our team. We seek curious and motivated individuals who particularly understand the importance of the electrical network in the energy transition and are eager to delve into this dynamic and rapidly evolving world.
Main Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of process improvement projects
Analyze complex data using data visualization tools like Power BI to provide detailed reports and support strategic decisions
Collaborate with various departments to identify optimization needs and develop end-to-end solutions
Support the creation and monitoring of KPIs to improve productivity and quality of services
Participate in ad hoc projects in close collaboration with operational teams
Qualifications
Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, STEM, or equivalent.
Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility, autonomy, initiative, and curiosity
Motivation to work in a young and growing company.
Fluent in English and Italian, both verbally and written.
Will be considered a plus:
Interest demonstrated in the energy sector and for the strategic role of the electrical network in the energy transition.
Previous experience (curricular internships and/or overseas training experiences)
Knowledge of process improvement tools (Six Sigma, Kaizen...)
Basic programming knowledge and data analysis (JavaScript, Python, R)
Competence in the use of data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Additional Information
Typical Day:
Coordination Meeting: Meeting with the team to discuss updates on assigned projects, using tools like Gantt or Trello.
Process Management and Structuring: Starting from a practical operational approach ("learning by doing"), you will proceed with the definition and organization of the process entrusted to you.
Collaboration with Operational Teams: You will work in close synergy with operational teams to ensure they are fully integrated and aligned with the new process.
Presentation of Results: Regularly, you will present the results of your work during weekly meetings, supporting your arguments with accurately collected data and detailed reports you have prepared.
What You Will Learn:
Autonomous Project Management: You will be able to manage a project from start to finish, acquiring skills in ideation, implementation, and optimization of processes.
Use of Data Analysis and Visualization Tools: You will learn to use advanced data analysis and visualization tools to optimize the presentation and interpretation of information.
Automation of Business Processes through RPA: You will acquire skills in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), which will allow you to automate business processes, increasing operational efficiency.
Our Offer:
Type of Internship: Curricular or Extra-Curricular
Duration: 6 months full-time, 40h weekly
Work: On-site 9:00-18:00 Mon - Fri (Central Station / Repubblica area)
Monthly Internship Reimbursement: 750 € gross
