Job Responsibilities

• You are a central part of our team and ensure an automated and smooth flow of market processes.
• You take ownership of energy market-specific processes, which handle large volumes.
• You do not shy away from operational work and conceptualize solutions from individual cases to mass solutions.
• You are analytical, recognize procedural problems, and lay the foundation for scaling.
• You build bridges both within the metering operations and with external market partners.
• You are regularly present in at least three days per week in the Berlin office.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed your (technical) studies and have 0–3 years of professional experience.
• You ideally have first experience in dynamic, fast-growing company environments.
• You think analytically, act solution-oriented, and quickly recognize complex interrelations.
• You work structured, organized, and maintain a clear focus even in high dynamics.
• You take responsibility, get involved pragmatically, and convince through reliability.
• You bring enthusiasm for process automation, scaling, and improvement.
• You are tech-savvy and confident in using IT systems, data, and digital tools.
• You speak German at a native level or at least C1.
