Job Description

As an experienced member of our team, you will contribute to exciting projects as a valuable part of our tech venture development team. Work side by side with the leadership and tech lead on topics such as automation, tech integration, and CRM management. You will design, develop, and implement technical solutions to automate our business processes with a deep understanding of technology and system interdependencies. Identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions together with stakeholders. Take responsibility for the design, planning, and implementation of cross-departmental programs and measures in the area of technological development. Support various departments and actively contribute to the growth strategy of Enpal.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of relevant work experience – ideally in the field of business engineering, automation, tech venture, CRM, or process development. Programming skills in a common language, such as Python or JavaScript. Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, or n8n.io, and preferably with no-code tools like Airtable. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot, or Attio is a plus. Proactivity and a strong solution orientation, as well as the ability to combine strategic thinking with implementation-oriented action. Willingness to work independently on projects, especially in a digital environment, and a high degree of self-reliance. Quality awareness coupled with a can-do mentality that motivates you and your team. Very good German (C2) or native English required.
