Job Description

• Identify and qualify new partners in the PV and heat pump industry.
• Contact decision-makers via phone, email, or LinkedIn.
• As the central driver of our growth, contact solar and heat pump installers across Germany.
• Show them how to reach more customers and achieve faster results with our financing platform.
• As the first contact, you will energize installers about our financing and answer initial questions.
• Generate qualitative appointments (web demos) for your AE colleagues.
• You are responsible for building the sales pipeline and maintaining it independently.
• Update and manage all sales activities, leads, and customer information in the CRM (Pipedrive).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outbound sales or business development (SDR, BDR, telesales, etc.).
• Highly motivated, strong communication skills, and excellent soft skills.
• Full of energy, enjoy talking on the phone, and want to constantly exceed your goals.
• Minimum C1 level German proficiency.
