Responsibilities

• Your daily business: crunching data, challenging processes, building solutions – and doing it hands-on directly in the business.
• You are the interface to our most important sales stakeholders and ensure that clarity comes out of chaos.
• Support in forecasting & performance optimization
• Implementation of projects for sales automation

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional experience in a comparable role (e.g. sales operations in fast-growing companies)
• Native German speaker – and you know how to convince stakeholders confidently.
• University degree in a business-related field is desirable.
• Excel is not just a tool for you, but a weapon – you love to break down and penetrate business data.
• You have a natural flair for hands-on work and are the first to say: "Let me do it."
• You feel comfortable between different stakeholders, can communicate clearly, and are also not afraid to be uncomfortable when it's necessary for the goal.
