Job Description

• Your daily business: crunching data, challenging processes, building solutions – and doing it hands-on directly in the business.
• You are the interface to our most important sales stakeholders and ensure that clarity emerges from chaos.
• Support in forecasting and performance optimization
• Implementation of projects for sales automation

Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in a comparable role (e.g., sales operations in fast-growing companies)
• Native German speaker – and you know how to convince stakeholders confidently.
• University degree in a business-relevant field is desirable.
• Excel is not just a tool for you, but a weapon – you love to break down and analyze business data.
• You have a natural flair for hands-on and are the first to say, "Let me do it."
• You are comfortable among different stakeholders, can communicate clearly, and are not afraid to be uncomfortable if it's necessary for the goal.
