Job Description

• Your daily business: data crunching, challenging processes, building solutions – and that not in the ivory tower, but hands-on directly in the business.
• You are the interface to our most important sales stakeholders and ensure that clarity emerges from chaos.
• Support in forecasting & performance optimization
• Implementation of projects for sales automation

Qualifications

• 1+ year professional experience in a comparable role (e.g., sales operations in fast-growing companies)
• Native German speaker – and you know how to convince stakeholders confidently.
• University degree in a business-relevant field desirable.
• Excel is a tool you use to dissect and penetrate business data.
• You have a natural knack for hands-on work and are the first to say, "Let me do it."
• You feel comfortable among different stakeholders, can communicate clearly, and are not afraid to be uncomfortable when necessary for the goal.
